What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing and meditation practice that helps balance body, mind and spirit. It has been scientifically proven to invoke the relaxation response. Deep relaxation stimulates your body’s innate ability to heal itself on all levels: physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Reiki promotes personal growth and healing while encouraging mind and body to return to their natural state of balance and wellbeing.

Reiki Treatments
Dawn is a Usui Ryoho Reiki Master and an Okuden Jikiden* Reiki Practitioner. She has been practicing Reiki for over 11 years. She has helped create Reiki Programs and volunteered at multiple hospitals, including: Mass General Hospital, Lawrence General Hospital, Spaulding Rehab Hospital and Plymouth State University. She has provided Reiki to students, staff, patients, and family members.
*Jikiden means ‘directly taught’ thus it follows the traditional Japanese teachings and methods of Mikao Usui, founder of Reiki.
Your Reiki Treatment can be either of the following or a combination to meet your personal needs:
In Person at my Hampstead office (Please note: Entry to Hampstead office does have stairs)
Absentee where you remain in the privacy and comfort of your home & we will connect via phone.
Reiki Treatments are typically one hour in length.
Payment is required in advance of appointment.
